Job Description

Position: Intern Marketing Period: 3 months

Location: On-site (Delhi NCR-Noida)

Organization: Global Scholar

Joining: Immediate

Qualification: Graduate or higher in Marketing, Communication, or a related field

Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (verbal & written); knowledge of any other language will be an added advantage.

Who Are We Looking For

We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to the growth of our brand. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, enjoys working on social media campaigns, and wants to gain hands-on experience in an exciting and high-growth environment.

Requirements:

• 0-1 year of experience (freshers are welcome) in marketing, social media management, or related fields.

• Basic understanding of marketing concepts, digital campaigns, and content creation.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite; familiarity with design and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, DaVinci resolve, VN etc.) is a plus.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms.

• Create and manage long-form and short-form content, including YouTube videos, Instagram posts, reels, vlogs, blogs, and newsletters, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and audience engagement.

• Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.

• Help manage the company's social media presence and engage with the audience.

• Coordinate with vendors, event organizers, and internal teams for marketing activities.

• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

• Support in organizing and representing Global Scholar at educational fairs, exhibitions, and outreach events.

• The scope of work is not limited to the duties mentioned here and may include other responsibilities assigned from time to time.
