Role: Social Media Specialist

Location: WFH/Noida (WFO) / 5 Days(Hybrid can be considered)

About the Role: As a Social Media Specialist, you'll shape how our products and brand show up across the internet. From crafting engaging content and sharp copies to building creator collaborations and driving viral conversations, you will own the voice and visual storytelling of the brand across platforms like X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, and Reddit.

This role is ideal for someone with exceptional creative thinking, strong internet culture understanding, and the ability to turn complex ideas into high-engagement content that resonates with both Web2 and Web3 audiences.

What will you get to do

• Create high-quality, platform-native content including posts, hooks, short-form copy, threads, campaigns, storytelling concepts, memes, and UGC-led ideas across social channels.
• Bring fresh and unconventional content ideas with strong visual thinking; collaborate with design and video teams to create thumb-stopping creatives, basic image/video edits, and campaigns.
• Build and engage communities across X, Instagram, Youtube, Reddit, and LinkedIn through conversations, trend participation, AMAs, creator engagement, and influencer management.
• Track engagement, impressions, follower growth, sentiment, UGC performance, and campaign outcomes to continuously refine social strategy and content effectiveness.
• Stay plugged into trends, memes, and online communities to create high-engagement content at speed, collaborating with design, marketing, and creator teams while optimizing through AI tools and performance insights.

Profile Expectations:

• 3-6 years of experience in social media, content, community, or digital marketing roles, preferably with B2C product companies, consumer tech startups, creator economy brands, gaming, agencies, or direct consumer-facing businesses such as FMCG and fintech.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and copywriting skills with a deep understanding of internet culture, social-first communication, and brand voice.
• Good understanding of visual storytelling and content ideation across static creatives, videos, reels, memes, and platform-native formats, with basic image and video editing skills.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, online communities, and social-first campaigns across platforms like Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Telegram, & Reddit with the ability to liaise effectively and deliver business outcomes through sharp creative social content.
