iSmartRecruit is seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to build brand presence, drive engagement, and automate marketing workflows across social channels. The ideal candidate combines social strategy, brand stewardship, and hands-on marketing automation experience to scale awareness, nurture leads, and support candidate and client acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cross-channel social media strategy aligned with iSmartRecruit brand and business objectives.
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage community engagement, respond to audience interactions, and cultivate relationships with candidates, clients, and influencers.
- Plan and run paid social campaigns, optimize targeting and creative, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
- Design and implement marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, candidate engagement, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with design, recruiting, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and creative assets.
- Monitor social listening and sentiment, surface insights, and proactively address reputation issues.
- Measure, analyze, and report on social and automation performance; provide actionable recommendations to improve KPIs.
- Maintain content calendars, publish schedules, and platform compliance best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand or agency, with demonstrable results.
- Proven experience implementing marketing automation platforms and email nurture programs.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, content development, and audience segmentation.
- Experience with paid social advertising and campaign optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in social analytics and performance reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
