About the role
We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can own paid acquisition end to end across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms. You will be responsible for turning ad spend into real users who genuinely benefit from the platform, not just clicks and impressions. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thinks in numbers but writes and builds with empathy, because the product we are marketing is deeply human.
What you will do
Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads
Own the full funnel from ad spend to CAC, LTV, and ROAS, and report on it clearly
Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages
Work closely with the design and content team to brief and test new creative concepts
Manage budgets across campaigns and reallocate spend based on real-time performance
Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics on a daily and weekly basis
Identify new channels and platforms worth testing as the brand scales
Collaborate with the founder and leadership team on growth strategy and targets
What we are looking for
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns, ideally in a D2C, app-based, or consumer platform
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign structuring and bid strategies
Comfortable with numbers. You should be able to read a dashboard and know exactly what to fix
Experience with attribution, tracking, and analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, or similar
A sharp eye for what makes a creative work, even if you are not the one designing it
Ability to work independently and move fast in a startup environment
Bonus: experience marketing a sensitive or emotionally driven product (wellness, healthcare, mental health, or similar)
