This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Thane. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing social media strategies to promote brand presence. Daily tasks include creating and curating engaging content for social media platforms, monitoring social media performance metrics, and collaborating with teams to align efforts with overall marketing objectives. The role also involves staying updated on trends and leveraging digital marketing techniques to enhance audience engagement.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing principles
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders
• Experience with social media management tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role or digital marketing agency is a plus
