ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can handle end-to-end social media operations with a strong focus on content execution and growth. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing content strategies that drive engagement and contribute to business outcomes.

This role requires someone who understands content deeply — from ideation to scripting to execution — and can manage content pipelines efficiently while working closely with internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

• Drive video-first content initiatives, especially across YouTube and Instagram, including ideation, scripting, and execution.

• Create and manage content calendars aligned with brand and marketing goals.

• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators for smooth execution.

• Manage posting, comments, and DMs to maintain active audience engagement.

• Track and analyze content performance and suggest improvements.

• Identify trends and implement high-performing content formats across platforms.

• Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and communication.

• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution and content alignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management.

• Strong understanding of YouTube and Instagram content ecosystems, with working familiarity of LinkedIn and Twitter.

• Ability to think in terms of hooks, storytelling, and audience retention.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of content scripting and structuring.

• Candidates who actively create and manage content on their own social media profiles will be preferred.

• Good understanding of both short-form and long-form content strategies.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Creative thinking with strong execution ability.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION

₹25,000 – ₹27,000/month (depending on skills & experience).

Note: The finalised salary will primarily depend on performance during the final interview and the outcome of any practical tasks (if applicable)
