Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Global Recruiter with hands-on experience in hiring across APAC and EMEA regions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing strategies for international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for APAC & EMEA regions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role fitment
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across different time zones
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Handle offer negotiations, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS
- Stay updated with market trends, talent mapping, and competitor analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in global recruitment (APAC & EMEA hiring)
- Strong understanding of international hiring practices and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
- Experience with sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
- Good understanding of cultural diversity and hiring across geographies
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in non-IT or IT hiring (depending on requirement)
- Exposure to linguistic hiring (French, German, Spanish, etc.) is a plus
