Role Objective:
To build a strong social presence by driving meaningful engagement, visibility, and communityfocusing on impact and conversations rather than vanity metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Engagement
- Create and publish engaging content that strengthens brand presence across social platforms
- Develop storytelling formats that connect with the target audience
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging
2. Community Engagement
- Actively interact with the audience through comments, messages, and conversations
- Build and nurture an engaged online community
- Create interactive formats such as polls, Q&As, and discussions
3. Platform Strategy
- Own and execute the social media strategy across key platforms (primarily LinkedIn and others as relevant)
- Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth
- Experiment with new formats and content styles
4. Ecosystem Building
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to amplify content reach
- Encourage cross-posting, tagging, and collaborative content initiatives
- Strengthen relationships within the broader industry and community
5. Platform & Content Strategy
- Plan and manage the content calendar aligned with campaigns and brand objectives
- Convert insights, stories, and ideas into engaging formats such as posts, carousels, videos, and threads
- Optimize content for platform algorithms and audience preferences
6. Measurement & Insights
- Track key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, saves, comments, and audience growth
- Analyze content performance and share insights with stakeholders
- Continuously refine the strategy based on performance data and audience behavior
Preferred Qualifications
- 36 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and content creation skills
- Experience in community management and engagement-driven social media strategies.
