The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and optimizing social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Key tasks include creating and executing content strategies, overseeing social media platforms, optimizing posts for audience engagement, and leveraging analytical tools to measure performance. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mangaluru.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Digital Marketing strategies
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences and collaborate effectively
• Expertise in developing and executing Content Strategy to achieve target engagement and growth
• Creative thinking and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Experience with analytics tools to track and enhance social media performance is preferred
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to manage multiple campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing is advantageous
