Role Overview

The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media activities across platforms. The role demands strategic thinking, content leadership, performance tracking, and coordination with internal teams to maintain consistent brand positioning and achieve defined business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow brand presence across all relevant social media platforms
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing objectives
• Plan, launch, and optimize social media campaigns
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare analytical reports
• Optimize profiles and content using SMO best practices
• Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for brand consistency
• Track trends, platform updates, and industry shifts to maintain relevance

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and SMO
• Clear communication and structured content strategy skills
• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines
• Data analysis and reporting capability for campaign performance
• Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience managing brand or business social media accounts preferred
