Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager, based in Indore. The Social Media Marketing Manager will oversee and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Daily responsibilities include content creation and scheduling, social media optimization (SMO), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media campaigns with overall digital marketing goals. The ideal candidate will also stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in social media marketing to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in creating and implementing effective Content Strategies
• Experience with Digital Marketing techniques and tools
• Good communication skills to engage audiences and collaborate with teams
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure social media performance
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in a similar role or digital strategy environment is an advantage
