Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Marketing Manager to join our on-site team at SPARSH Hospital in Bengaluru. The role involves managing social media platforms, developing and executing content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and implementing digital marketing campaigns. The Social Media Marketing Manager will work closely with internal teams to create engaging content, drive audience growth, and ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Digital Marketing to create and execute effective campaigns
• Excellent communication skills to manage online interactions and represent the brand effectively
• Proficiency in using social media tools and analytics platforms
• Creative thinking and ability to adapt to new trends and strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry or working with healthcare brands is a plus
