Role Description

This is a remote, contract role for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The professional in this role will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies, creating and optimizing social media content, and managing online engagement with target audiences. In addition to executing content strategies, the role involves monitoring key analytics, generating performance reports, and collaborating with the marketing and content teams to ensure campaigns align with broader company goals.

What you'll do

• Schedule and publish content using Buffer
• Manage multiple social accounts with a strong focus on Instagram and LinkedIn
• Write clear, engaging copy for each post (captions, hooks, CTAs)
• Ensure posts go out on time and align with brand voice
• Collaborate with the team on content themes and campaigns

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and effective digital promotion techniques
• Strong skills in Communication and crafting compelling messages
• Experience in designing and implementing Content Strategies that align with brand identity
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and practices
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to derive actionable insights
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in technology or B2B industries is a plus
