What You'll Be Doing:- Owning and executing our entire Instagram strategy, from content planning to posting, stories, and reels.
- Creating content that aligns with Rustlines voice: edgy, relatable, and scroll-stopping.
- Growing our audience by identifying trends, tapping into culture, and working on collabs/influencer outreach.
- Tracking performance and tweaking content to keep improving reach and engagement.
- Turning followers into a loyal community through campaigns, interactions, and creative storytelling.
What We're Looking For:- A deep understanding of Instagram and Gen Z internet culture.
- Someone who thinks in ideas and reels and can create content (or coordinate with creators).
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Not just a poster, but a growth mindset person who can also drive strategy and results.
- Bonus if you've grown a page/account before (personal or brand)!
