The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, social media management, and influencer partnerships. This role will be responsible for shooting, editing, and posting content, as well as professional brand shoots.

Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies:

  • Create comprehensive social media marketing plans that align with the overall marketing strategy and business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage them effectively.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Produce, shoot, edit, and post high-quality content (images, videos, and written posts) across various social media platforms.
  • Ensure content is visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for each platform. Plan and execute professional brand shoots to maintain a consistent and polished brand image.

Professional Brand Shoots:

  • Plan and execute professional brand photo and video shoots.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals as needed.

Influencer and Partnership Management:

  • Identify and engage with relevant influencers and content creators to enhance brand visibility.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations.

Monitor and Analyze Performance:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns.
  • Use analytics tools to generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Community Engagement:

  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive and interactive brand presence.

Stay Updated on Trends:

  • Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new features and strategies to keep the brand's social media presence fresh and engaging.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.
  • Coordinate social media activities with overall marketing campaigns and events.

Manage Social Media Advertising:

  • Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Optimize ad performance and budget allocation to achieve the best ROI.

Brand Advocacy:

  • Promote a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media channels.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all content aligns with the brand's values and mission.

Crisis Management:

  • Handle social media crises and negative feedback professionally and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate potential social media risks.

Schedule and Calendar Management:

  • Create and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure regular and timely posting.
  • Coordinate with other marketing activities to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva).
