Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager Behavior Architect for India's Preventive Healthcare Revolution

Location: Remote (India) (with occasional Delhi NCR collaboration)

Type: 6-Month Performance-Based Full-Time Contract, with Incentive Uplift & a clear path to extension.

You will architect and execute India's most ambitious digital health literacy movementusing psychology, storytelling, data, and cultural intelligence to make preventive healthcare the new normal across every strata of Indian society.

This role sits at the intersection of behavioral science, public health communication, and viral social media mastery. We are looking for a Behavioral Change Architect someone who won't just manage pages. You'll move minds. Rewire habits. Save lives.

Your goal isn't followership; it's health ownership. Every post, Reel, and poll must be a behaviorally-designed nudge toward preventive action.

You will lead the creative and strategic charge in building public trust, reframing health conversations, and nudging Indiansurban, rural, rich, poor, informed, or illiteratetowards preventive action.

1. Design & Execute Behavior-Driven Content Strategy

Create a monthly content calendar mapped to behavioral change phases: Awareness Emotional Connection Knowledge Building Barrier Removal Action Activation Habit Formation

Deploy content across Whatsapp, YouTube/ Youtube Shorts, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and vernacular platforms like ShareChat/ Moj / Josh

2. Apply Behavioral Science Frameworks to Every Post

Leverage models like:

COM-B: Address Capability (health literacy), Opportunity (access/cost), Motivation (family duty, fear, aspiration)

Nudge Theory: Use social proof, loss aversion, default bias, salience to make prevention irresistible. Build behavioral nudge libraries, habit-forming memes, and fear-hope switch content.

Stages of Change: Segment content for Pre-contemplators (I don't need this) vs Action-takers (I'm ready to book)

Health Belief Model: Counter fatalism, highlight susceptibility, reduce perceived barriers

3. Tackle India's Most Urgent & Stigmatized Health Topics

With empathy, psychology, and viral precision- Become the Voice of Trust for Bharat:

NCDs: Heart disease in 30-year-olds, diabetes epidemic, hypertension as the silent killer

What You Must Bring

Experience & Skills

13 years in social media management, content design, digital campaigns, or cause marketing (health/impact preferred) or public health communication.

A rare blend of content strategist, behavioral scientist, and digital storyteller who understands how Indian audiences think, feel, and behave about health.

Bonus: Strong foundation in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Behavioral Economics, and/or Consumer Behavior.

Understanding of the Indian health mindset stigma, mistrust, low literacy, delayed check-ups, NCD patterns across rural, semi-urban, and urban audiences.

Empathetic, mission-driven, curious about human behavior, and able to balance creativity + psychology + data.

Deep understanding of Instagram/LinkedIn algorithms, Reels optimization, carousel virality
