About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our brand's presence across social platforms. You will be responsible for driving growth, performance, and engagement through impactful content, paid campaigns, and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.
Plan and run paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
Oversee content creation and maintain brand consistency.
Monitor performance metrics and optimize for better results.
Create weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Manage community interactions, comments, and DMs.
Identify trends and implement new content formats.
Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams on campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make decisions.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Strong knowledge of trending formats, digital tools, and platform algorithms.
Creative thinker with a detail-oriented approach.
Experience: 2-3 years
