Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies to drive brand growth and engagement
  • Plan, create, and publish original content (videos, reels, carousels, graphics, stories) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Lead campaign ideation and execution, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and marketing goals
  • Collaborate with creative, brand, and marketing teams to produce visually appealing and on-brand content
  • Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to innovate and optimize content
  • Analyze social media metrics, audience insights, and campaign performance to drive continuous brand growth
  • Manage content calendars, campaign schedules, and production workflows
  • Engage with online communities, influencers, and partners to amplify reach and brand impact

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and brand growth
  • Strong skills in visual content creation (videos, reels, graphics) with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and growth strategies
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and creative communication skills
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
