Social Media Marketing Manager

We're looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. If you live and breathe content, understand trends, and can turn ideas into engaging reels, posts, and campaigns this role is for you.

You'll be working closely with our team to manage and grow social media presence for hospitality and lifestyle brands.

• Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram & other platforms
• Create content calendars aligned with brand goals
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and shoot teams
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs
• Stay updated with trends and implement them creatively
• Monitor performance and optimize content based on insights
• Handle DMs, comments, and basic community management
• Assist in shoots and content planning when required

• 12 years of experience in social media marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels & content formats
• Basic knowledge of content creation, editing, and storytelling
• Good communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to think creatively and execute fast
• Experience in hospitality/travel is a plus

• Someone who takes ownership and brings ideas to the table
• Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense
• Energetic, proactive, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 22,000 28,000/month
