Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The role involves managing and executing social media marketing strategies, optimizing content for various platforms, and overseeing social media accounts.

Daily responsibilities include creating and curating impactful social media content (Includes ideation and creation), analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the digital marketing team to meet business goals. Additionally, this position involves engaging with audiences and ensuring brand consistency across all social channels.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Effective Communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in developing and executing impactful Content Strategies
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing trends and practices
• Strong analytical skills to assess performance and interpret data
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate with various teams
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Prior work experience for 1-2 years will be appreciated
