Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team wherein you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase company's online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
Required Skills:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Mkt. Manager/Strategist or similar role;
* Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+ and other social media practices;
* Managing a team of photographers, videographers, product stylists, content writers & graphic designers.
* Planning Social Media Calendar for smooth functioning
* Generating team reports and task lists for review
* Proposing Social Media Campaigns and themes for better engagement and follower-ship on MOM basis.
* Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research;
* Good understanding of social media KPIs;
* Team player with good organizational and time-management skills;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Design knowledge and flair for Interiors is a plus.
* A keen eye for details.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement and manage our social media plus marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics;
* Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them;
* Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies;
* Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers;
* Develop social media marketing plans and programs for each product, category and directing promotional support;
* Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs;
* Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data;
* Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analysing data, and consulting with internal and external sources;
* Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information;
* Provides marketing information by answering questions and requests;
* Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions;
* Completes social media marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results;
* Maintains social media marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees;
* Maintains social media marketing staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
