Role Description

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager for a contract-based, on-site role at our Gurugram office. The role involves developing and managing social media strategies, creating content calendars, optimizing social media channels, and ensuring consistent branding across digital platforms. Key responsibilities include implementing social media marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and engaging with online communities to enhance audience reach and brand visibility. Collaboration with internal teams to align content with organizational goals will also be expected.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong abilities in Digital Marketing and Content Strategy
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Analytical skills to monitor social media performance and implement improvements
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of emerging social media trends and platforms
• Previous experience in media, communications, or marketing is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
