This on-site, full-time role is based in New Delhi. As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include content creation, managing social media platforms, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and maintaining consistent communication with the marketing and design teams. You will also stay ahead of digital marketing trends to refine strategies and drive improvements.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to develop and implement effective strategies
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and creation aligned with brand objectives
• Experience in Digital Marketing for delivering impactful online campaigns
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and engage audiences effectively
• Creativity and analytical ability to generate innovative content and assess campaign performance
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in managing social media channels for a brand or organization
