Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging content including posts, reels, and short videos
Handle basic video editing and creative design work
Generate organic leads through social media strategies (no paid ads dependency)
Plan and execute content calendars regularly
Engage with audience (comments, DMs, interactions)
Monitor trends and implement creative ideas
Work in-house and coordinate with internal team for content and campaigns
Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity
Requirements:
Experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Basic knowledge of SEO (not mandatory, optional)
Hands-on experience in reel creation and video editing tools
Strong creativity and communication skills
Ability to work independently (currently no active client handling required)
Familiarity with social media trends and organic growth strategies
Preferred Skills:
Canva / CapCut / Adobe tools knowledge
Content writing skills for captions and posts
Understanding of audience engagement techniques
