Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring via Meta Business Suite and Zoho Social (preferred).
Proofread all content before publishing, ensuring accuracy, tone, and adherence to medical ethics.
Collaborate with content writers and designers to coordinate timely delivery of assets.
Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure zero posting delays.
Engage with followers: respond to comments, messages, and escalate qualified leads to the sales team.
Track and report growth metrics (views, reach, engagement, follower growth, leads from DMs/comments).
Conduct competitor and industry research, preparing monthly insights.
Perform a monthly audit of all social media platforms with recommendations for improvement.
Explore new tools, trends, and best practices across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
Provide support with creative/automation tools like Canva, Figma, ManyChat, HubSpot, or Sprout Social when required.
Performance Review Metrics (KPIs)
Consistent, on-time posting with no delays.
Growth in views, reach, and brand awareness.
Active engagement with followers and timely escalation of qualified leads to sales.
Quality of proofreading & adherence to compliance/ethics.
Reliability in coordination with writers, designers, and the marketing team
