Role & Responsibilities
- Create and schedule platform-optimized social content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X following a monthly content calendar.
- Produce short-form videos and image creatives using Canva and mobile editing tools to boost reach and engagement.
- Support community management: respond to comments/messages, track mentions, and liaise with influencers and creators.
- Monitor post and campaign performance using Google Analytics and native platform insights; prepare weekly performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activity to inform content ideas and growth experiments.
