The Attention Co. is looking for a Social Media Intern who is serious about building a long-term career in content, social media, podcasts, and personal branding.

This is a full-time, in-office internship with the possibility of converting into a full-time role based on performance. We are specifically looking for candidates who are available for the long term and are not treating this as a short-term college internship or temporary opportunity.

About the Role

You will work closely with our content, podcast, and strategy teams to help manage social media pages, assist with content planning, track trends, coordinate posts, and support daily execution across platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how social media actually works beyond just posting content — from research and ideation to execution, analytics, community building, and platform growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media pages for clients, podcasts, and internal brands
• Research trends, creators, formats, hooks, and content ideas across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Help create content calendars and daily posting schedules
• Coordinate with editors, designers, and producers for content delivery
• Write captions, hooks, reel ideas, post copy, and basic content briefs
• Track performance of posts, reels, shorts, and campaigns
• Help with uploading, scheduling, tagging, descriptions, titles, and thumbnails
• Support podcast content distribution across social media platforms
• Maintain organised sheets, trackers, and content calendars
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform changes

Who We're Looking For

• Someone who is genuinely interested in social media, content, creators, podcasts, and digital culture
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Reels, LinkedIn, and internet trends
• Good writing and communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and come up with content ideas
• Organised, responsible, and proactive
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to take feedback and improve quickly
• Available full-time and in-office from Marol, Mumbai
• Looking for a long-term opportunity with potential job conversion

Good to Have

• Prior internship or college experience in social media
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, or scheduling tools
• Interest in podcasts, personal branding, creator economy, and digital storytelling
• Ability to identify what makes content perform well
