Role Overview

We're looking for a Social Media Intern to support our content and creative teams. You'll help manage social platforms, create engaging content, and contribute to campaigns that capture the spirit of Nap Chief.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the monthly content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, launches, seasonal events, and cultural moments
• Support content creation: reels, stories, carousels, and videos in collaboration with design and influencer teams
• Track social media trends and suggest fun, fresh formats
• Participate in creative discussions and help turn ideas into polished posts
• Monitor performance metrics and assist in refining content strategy
• Maintain a warm, playful brand tone in comments and DMs
• Support influencer collaborations and basic coordination tasks

Who You Are

• Passionate about creating content and thinking strategically
• Curious and up-to-date with trends on Instagram and YouTube
• Comfortable collaborating with writers, designers, and editors
• Able to make a kidswear brand feel premium yet fun
• Interested in metrics and eager to learn what drives engagement
• Creative, experiment-friendly, and open to trying new ideas
