As a Social Media Marketing and Content Creation Intern, your role is to manage SortMyScene's and our clients day-to-day Instagram presence and brand identity by creating content.
Success in this role will be determined by consistent activity, strong engagement, and smooth communication with our online community.
Responsibilities
- Create, shoot, and edit reels and short-form content for SortMyScene and our clients.
- Manage daily Instagram stories & posts for SortMyScene and our clients.
- Maintain a strong online presence and ensure the brand feels alive & active.
- Coordinate with design/ content teams for content execution.
- Engage with creators, organisers, venues, and audiences to support community growth.
- Track engagement metrics and share weekly insights.
- Plan and update monthly content calendars with the team.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends, content formats, and audience engagement.
- Excellent written communication (Gen-Z friendly and professional language when needed).
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with content ideation, shooting, and editing reels is preferred.
- Comfortable creating on-camera content when required.
- Prior experience handling social media accounts is a plus.
