Social Media Marketing Intern

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Intern who can create content, manage our social

media presence, and support influencer collaborations. This role is ideal for someone who

enjoys making reels/posts, understands trends, and loves working with creators.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Social Media
• Plan and create engaging content for our social media platforms (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
• Come up with ideas for reels, hooks, and concepts based on trends and brand needs
• Write clear, engaging captions and basic copy for social media
• Post and schedule content consistently across platforms
• Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and stories
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, saves, engagement, followers) and share simple
• reports

Influencer Marketing

• Research and shortlist relevant influencers/creators for our brand
• Maintain a list of influencers with details like niche, followers, and contact info
• Reach out to influencers via email/DM, share briefs, and coordinate deliverables
• Follow up on timelines and ensure content goes live as planned
• Check if influencer content follows brand guidelines and meets agreed points
• Collect data on influencer posts (views, engagement, clicks, etc.)

What we are looking for

• Strong interest in social media, content, and influencer culture
• Good communication skills and comfort in writing captions and messages
• Creative mindset with a sense of what works on Instagram/Reels and other platforms
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Bonus: experience creating content for your own page or any brand/college/community page
