Social Media cum ORM Intern to support our social media handling and online reputation management activities. The intern will assist in content coordination, engagement tracking, review monitoring, and maintaining timely responses across digital platforms. This support will help strengthen our online presence and streamline ongoing marketing efforts.
Below are the preferred candidate requirements for the role:
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/Post Graduation in:
- Marketing
- Journalism & Mass Communication
- Digital Marketing
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Online Reputation Management (ORM) and customer engagement handling
- Basic understanding of content creation and social media trends
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, MS Office , or similar tools
- Knowledge of Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, Copy.ai, or similar AI-powered content creation tools
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams for content and responses
- Strong attention to detail and quick response management
- Analytical mindset for engagement and performance tracking
Other Preferences:
- Creative and proactive attitude
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Prior internship/project experience in social media or digital marketing would be an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
