Job Description

Lium Go (B2B EV last-mile delivery, serving Amazon, BigBasket, DHL) is a fast-growing mobility and logistics startup. We're a small, scrappy team and we're building the marketing engine from the ground up. If you want real ownership, real work, and a front-row seat to building a brand simultaneously, this is it.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is for someone who is as comfortable replying to a comment as they are recording a Reel. You will split your time between community and customer-facing work (responding to comments, DMs, managing feedback and surveys) and on-camera content creation (Reels, Stories, UGC-style videos). 

If you have a natural presence on camera, can write with warmth, and genuinely enjoy talking to people, this is your role. Miscellaneous tasks may be assigned as needed across the broader marketing team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  1. Manage daily comment replies and DMs across Instagram and LinkedIn, timely, on-brand, human
  2. Appear on camera for Reels, Stories, and UGC-style content (product demos, behind-the-scenes, awareness content for LIOO)
  3. Execute customer success tasks: app download campaigns, feedback collection, basic surveys, ratings prompts
  4. Identify and flag negative feedback or brand mentions that require escalation
  5. Support influencer and collab outreach follow-ups (track responses, maintain a tracker)
  6. Compile weekly community engagement reports (comments, DM themes, sentiment)
  7. Assist with content scheduling and asset management on Instagram
  8. Take on miscellaneous tasks as required by the Social Media Manager or Brand Manager

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  1. Comfortable and confident on camera, can record clear, engaging videos without heavy direction
  2. Well-spoken and articulate in Hindi and/or English (both a big plus)
  3. Strong written communication skills, can write warm, human replies without sounding robotic
  4. Active Instagram user with genuine understanding of Reels, Stories, and trends
  5. Organised and responsive: Customer-facing work requires follow-through

GOOD TO HAVE

  1. Experience in community management or customer support for a brand or startup
  2. Basic Canva skills for Story Creation
  3. Experience creating or appearing in social media content (even personal content counts)
  4. Interest in women's mobility, safety, or urban commuting

BIG BONUS

  1. Prior experience working with a B2C consumer app (mobility, food delivery, ride-hailing)
  2. Experience doing customer success or community management at a startup
  3. Hindi + English fluency (LIOO targets urban Indian women, multilingual communication is a major asset)

COMPENSATION

Stipend as per capability and market standards. Discussed at the time of selection.
