Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit reels, short videos, and other creative content.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, challenges, and viral content ideas.
• Assist in developing content calendars and posting schedules.
• Write creative captions and social media copy.
• Coordinate with internal teams for content requirements.
• Monitor social media engagement and audience interactions.
• Support branding and marketing initiatives through digital content.
Requirements
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar applications.
• Good communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred (Plus Point)
• You actively manage your own social media page/channel.
• You have a good number of followers and can showcase your content creation skills.
• Experience in creating viral or high-engagement content is an added advantage.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
