Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role based in Noida. The intern will support day-to-day social media activities, including planning and scheduling posts, monitoring channels, and engaging with online communities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. Responsibilities include assisting with content creation (copy, basic visuals, short videos), conducting competitor and trend research, and helping to optimize content for reach and engagement. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency, track key performance indicators, and prepare simple performance reports. The role also involves contributing ideas for campaigns, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing concepts, including audience targeting and campaign objectives.
• Effective written and verbal Communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and basic analytics or insights tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work on site in Noida, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, simple editing tools) and an eye for visual aesthetics are a plus.
