Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role based in Rajendra Place. The intern will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X, aligned with IndusTreeBiz's brand and growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating engaging social media content (posts, reels, stories, and basic creatives), scheduling and publishing content, and assisting in community management through timely responses and interactions. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing simple reports, and collaborating with the marketing and consulting teams to translate business insights into clear, compelling digital narratives. The intern will also assist with basic digital marketing tasks, including support for email campaigns, website content updates, and brand-building initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with familiarity across major platforms and current trends.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, including a basic understanding of campaign planning, audience targeting, and analytics.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools) and comfort with content scheduling tools are beneficial.
- Ongoing or completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Attention to detail, a structured work approach, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment are important.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajendra Place and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
