What you'll do:

• Support day-to-day client communication, updates, and follow-ups
• Assist in managing social media content calendars and ensuring posts go out as per schedule
• Work on Meta Business Suite for post scheduling, monitoring page activity, and basic optimizations
• Pull monthly performance reports and help in presenting key insights
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, copies, and approvals
• Track client feedback, implement changes, and maintain timelines
• Support execution of social media campaigns and ensure smooth handovers

What we're looking for:

• Basic understanding of major social media platforms and how brand pages operate
• Hands-on familiarity with Meta Business Suite
• Comfortable working with content calendars, reports, and timelines
• Good communication skills for client and internal coordination
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving agency environment
• Prior internship experience with an agency is a plus
