Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Intern who can contribute to both content execution and idea generation for EarnKaro's social media platforms.

This role requires someone who actively understands social media content, follows trends, and can propose practical ideas to improve engagement and growth.

Note: Shortlisted candidates will be expected to present content ideas during the interview.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation and Execution

• Create posts, reels, and stories for social media platforms
• Write clear, engaging, and platform-relevant captions
• Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines

2. Content Ideation

• Suggest content ideas, formats, and series to improve engagement
• Contribute to campaign and monthly content planning
• Identify opportunities to make content more relevant and effective

3. Trend Analysis

• Track social media trends and platform updates
• Adapt relevant trends for EarnKaro in a brand-appropriate manner

4. Social Media Management

• Support scheduling and publishing of content
• Assist in managing comments, messages, and engagement

5. Performance Tracking

• Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, and views
• Support reporting and identify areas for improvement

Required Skills

1. Creative Thinking

• Ability to generate structured and relevant content ideas

2. Understanding of Social Media & EarnKaro App

• Familiarity with Instagram and short-form content formats
• Understanding of the EarnKaro App/Web & business

3. Communication Skills

• Ability to write concise and clear captions
