Job Title: Social Media & Content Intern
Location: CR Park, GK, South Delhi (On-site)
Tenure: 6 months (Internship)
Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays
Stipend: 4,000 6,000 per month
Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media & Content Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to content creation, campaign execution, influencer collaborations, and performance tracking. The intern will also support internal brand shoots and work closely with brand managers to ensure a cohesive content strategy across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Planning & Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Creative Content Development: Draft engaging posts, captions, reel ideas, and stories aligned with the brand tone.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep track of viral content, trending hashtags, and emerging social media formats.
- Community Engagement: Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with followers to build brand loyalty.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth to create reports.
- Ad Campaign Support: Assist in running and boosting basic ad campaigns.
- Algorithm & Best Practices: Stay updated on social media algorithm changes and industry trends.
- Influencer Outreach: Support influencer identification, outreach, and collaborations.
- Internal Content Creation: Work on behind-the-scenes content, team updates, and office happenings.
- Shoot Assistance: Support brand managers during shoots, ensuring smooth execution of creative campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all content.
