Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Social Media Associate who can manage and grow our digital presence while contributing to broader marketing initiatives. This role goes beyond social media you will shape the brand narrative, build marketing processes, create high-quality collaterals, and support our communication workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule content (reels, carousels, stories) for Instagram and LinkedIn. Maintain a strong and consistent brand voice across platforms.
Engage with our audience: respond to comments, DMs, and nurture community interactions. Conduct competitor research, trend analysis, and suggest innovative strategies.
2. Branding & Creative Direction
Narrate and uphold the creative direction of Cache Labs across all marketing initiatives. Contribute to brand storytelling efforts that highlight our mission, values, and client impact. Ensure brand consistency across social media, collaterals, and communication materials.
3. Content & Marketing Collaterals
Create marketing collaterals: brochures, pitch decks, one-pagers, visual content briefs, etc. Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver on-brand assets.
Maintain a structured content library and asset repository.
4. Email Marketing & Communication Workflows
Set up email workflows and automated journeys as needed.
Draft email content for newsletters, announcements, campaigns, and product updates. Monitor email marketing performance metrics and prepare analytics reports.
5. Process Building & Analytics
Build and streamline marketing processes to improve productivity and clarity. Track and analyze performance metrics across social media, email, and campaigns. Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and optimization suggestions.
Requirements
12 years of experience in social media or marketing roles.
Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and content formats. Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions.
A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Experience with tools like Canva, Notion, email marketing platforms, or analytics tools is a plus.
