Convertible to Marketing Executive / Lead / Specialist / Manager based on the qualification and performance of the applicant.
We seek a creative, data-driven, and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Associate/Specialist to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will understand both visual storytelling and performance marketing, bringing together content, SEO, and analytics to build a strong digital presence for our brand and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and organic visibility.
- Conduct detailed keyword research and implement SEO best practices across all content formats (non-negotiable requirement).
- Optimize social media profiles, captions, hashtags, video titles, and descriptions to boost search rankings and brand searches.
- Support Local SEO growth through regular updates and optimization of Google Business Profile (GBP) and other listings.
- Plan and create high-quality visual content (Reels, Product Videos, Carousel Posts, Pinterest Pins, etc.).
- Build educational content pillars DIY tips, installation guides, maintenance advice, and product comparisons.
- Tailor content style for platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Engage with the online community respond to comments/messages and identify frequently asked questions for new content ideas.
- Track performance via Google Analytics and platform insights, measuring impact on website visits, leads, and conversions.
- Stay updated with interior design & construction industry trends to produce relevant and competitive content.
- Support social-media-driven lead generation campaigns for premium product lines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 15 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation.
- Mandatory working knowledge of Technical SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and understanding how social media drives digital authority.
- Strong interest in Construction, Home Improvement, Architecture, or Interior Design (highly preferred).
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and/or Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Ability to take & direct high-quality aesthetic product photos/videos.
- Excellent written communication and analytical mindset.
- Ability to manage a structured content calendar across multiple product categories.
- Strong time-management and accountability, able to work independently and within a team.
Work Commitments:
- Full-Time, desk-based, In-Office role at DLF4, Gurugram.
- Remote work permitted only for content scheduling and reporting tasks.
- Site visits for real-project photoshoots, case studies & installation-based content.
- Representation in industry events, exhibitions, and product promotional opportunities, when required.
