Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and scale digital campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive studio appointments.

This role requires a strong understanding of luxury customer psychology, lead funnels, and ROI-focused advertising.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Build high-converting lead funnels.
• Budget allocation and ROI tracking.
• Implement A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and AI marketing tools.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of performance marketing.
• Analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.
• Hands-on experience with conversion tracking and attribution models.
• Deep understanding of sales funnels and customer journey mapping.
• Experience in fashion, retail, or luxury segment preferred.

Qualification

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads are a plus
• 4-5 years of experience
