Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.

• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content updates across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Create engaging content—posts, reels, stories, videos, brochures—tailored for real estate audiences.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote projects, offers, and site updates.

• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to improve audience engagement.

• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred).

• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers for high-quality visual content.

• Track competitor social media strategies and identify opportunities.

• Maintain brand consistency in all digital communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate.

• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

• Ability to create or coordinate production of high-quality content (graphics, videos, reels).

• Knowledge of analytical tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

• Experience with paid ad campaigns is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
