Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and others).
- Lead and coordinate with a team of social media executives/designers.
- Plan, create, and schedule content calendars.
- Design posts, stories, reels, and creatives using Canva.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Engage with audience through comments, messages, and community management.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Proficient in Canva for designing creatives.
- Experience in handling a team.
- Good communication and content writing skills.
- Understanding of analytics and performance tracking.
