Key Responsibilities
Create, plan, and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
Write compelling captions, posts, and video scripts
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
Optimize content based on analytics and audience insights
Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Strong video editing skills
Knowledge of content scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Basic understanding of SEO and social media analytics
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
