Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing Virgous's social media presence end-to-end, from content creation to performance tracking. You will be responsible for planning and executing content strategies, driving engagement, and building a strong, consistent brand voice across platforms.

In addition to digital responsibilities, this role also includes supporting offline brand presence through PR activities, events, and assisting with day-to-day brand operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, plan, and schedule content across all social media platforms
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand positioning
  • Drive engagement through consistent content, storytelling, and community interaction
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Coordinate and manage PR activities including influencer collaborations and brand outreach
  • Assist in planning and executing offline events, pop-ups, and brand activations
  • Support day-to-day brand operations including shoot coordination, content logistics, and campaign execution
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity across all touchpoints

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong communication and writing skills with a clear understanding of brand voice
  • Experience in content strategy, planning, and execution
  • Ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools and social platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
