This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Digital Marketer - Growth & Brand Strategist. The role involves designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, developing and optimizing brand strategies, managing social media platforms, analyzing web traffic, and identifying opportunities for lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for driving digital growth and ensuring the brand's positioning aligns with its target audience.

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to effectively engage and expand the customer base.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and proven experience in creating and implementing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver innovative marketing solutions and adapt to evolving market trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in managing campaigns and strategy for prominent brands is a plus.
