About the Role
Trade Max Academy is looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence. We need someone who doesn't just post content but understands how to build a brand voice and engage a community. If you have a background in agency environments and are used to juggling multiple brands or complex package-based deliverables, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality visuals, reels, and copy that align with the Academy's brand identity.
- Multi-Brand Management: Manage diverse campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met (Agency-style workflow).
- Performance Tracking: Analyze social media metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Community Engagement: Actively manage interactions, comments, and messages to foster a thriving student and professional community.
- Trend Spotting: Keep the Academy ahead of the curve by implementing the latest platform features and viral trends.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Social Media Management.
- Agency Background: Highly preferred. Experience in handling multi-brand portfolios or package-based client work is a significant plus.
- Creative Flair: Strong understanding of design aesthetics, video trends (Reels/Shorts), and persuasive copywriting.
- Tools: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and social analytics tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
