Touch925 is looking for an experienced and result-driven Social Media Manager who can lead
the end-to-end social media function. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
managing teams, executing high-impact campaigns, and driving brand growth through strategic
content and performance marketing. Candidates with prior experience in e-commerce, fashion, or Gems/Jewellery industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the social media team, ensuring productivity and timely execution of tasks.
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end social media campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Oversee content strategy, creation, and publishing across all platforms.
- Manage and supervise shoots, reels, and overall content production.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse insights, and drive growth and engagement.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication and content quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms,trends, and analytics.
- Experience in content creation, shoot management, and execution.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle industry preferred.
Candidate Preferences:
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
- Candidates residing within a 10–15 km radius of East of Kailash, Delhi.
- Willingness to work from office 6 days (on-site role).
