This role is responsible will be responsible for the P&L, strategic direction, and end-to-end management of the portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of the Alcobev market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
Category Strategy & P&L Ownership
- Own the P&L for the anti-hangover product category, driving top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic annual and quarterly plans for market penetration and expansion.
- Identify new market opportunities and consumer insights within the functional lifestyle beverage space.
Brand & Consumer Marketing
- Leverage previous experience in the alcohol industry to define the perfect occasion for product consumption.
- Develop marketing campaigns, in-store activation strategies, and digital strategies targeting social drinkers, partygoers, and professionals.
- Work with creative teams to build high-converting packaging and messaging that resonates with a lifestyle-conscious audience.
Brand Performance & Analysis:
- Track and analyse brand performance metrics, including brand awareness, consumer perception, market share, and sales.
- Conduct regular brand audits and competitor analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve brand performance.
Sales Channel Management & Partnerships
- Develop and execute placement strategies across offline retail (modern trade, premium alcohol outlets, premium lounges) and online channels (D2C website, marketplaces).
- Build partnerships with nightclubs, bars, and premium liquor stores for sampling and retail activation.
Industry Knowledge:
- Stay up to date on the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the Alcobev industry.
- Understand relevant regulations and legal requirements for marketing alcoholic beverages.
Experience Needed (Professional): 4yrs – 5 yrs prior experience in brand management, preferably within the Alcobev industry.
Qualification: Minimum Graduation + M.B.A preferred

- Strong understanding of the alcoholic beverage market, including consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Proven ability in P&L management, consumer insights, and cross-functional leadership.
- Deep interest in nutraceuticals, health, wellness, and lifestyle products.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis, and tracking market trends.
- Proficiency and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media management.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legal requirements.
- Experience in managing budgets and forecasting sales figures.
