Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor networks, and expanding market presence across the assigned region in Angola.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Tax-free, paid directly in INR to an Indian bank account
- Leave: 30 days after 12 months of service

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation / Cost Management
- Forecast, plan, and achieve weekly/monthly targets
- Review and implement route plans
- Communicate product availability and monitor new product penetration
- Plan and monitor new outlets/areas and execute sales promotions
- Analyse market intelligence and implement marketing budgets
- Manage credit policy, order dispatch, and expired goods
- Conduct data analysis, channel execution, and product mix planning
People Management
- Conduct team performance reviews
- Develop motivation schemes and employee engagement initiatives
Product & Brand Development
- Provide inputs on new products, SKUs, and market requirements
- Track competitor activity and market expansion
- Gather packaging feedback and execute marketing promotions
Customer Relationship
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
System & Processes
- Conduct team meetings and provide feedback on sales processes
MIS & Reporting
- Analyze and implement standardized MIS
Key Requirements:
- Education: Graduate degree (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in beverages (companies like VBL, SLMG, HCCBL, Coca-Cola bottlers).
- Candidates from other leading FMCG companies such as ITC, HUL, Parle, Britannia may also be considered.
